· Returns and Exchanges:
  • Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 20 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise.
    DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, THE RETURN/EXCHANGE DEADLINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 15TH.
  • Please carefully package your return, ideally in the same shipping carton and packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. We cannot handle your return any quicker, so do not ship back using express shipping.
  • Returned merchandise from large quantity orders will be subject to a restocking charge. Special orders and embroidered apparel are final sales and are not refundable.
  • Fill out our contact form if you would like to discuss matters relating to your exchange.
    Be certain that you include instructions inside the parcel regarding your return or exchange.
  • Ship the parcel to River Card Apparel, 2462 Live Oak Road, Escondido, CA 92029, USA.

    Customer Service: We intend to build our business by responding to the needs of our customers. Every potential circumstance cannot be accounted for in a policy statement. We value our customers and also expect people to take some degree of responsibility in their transactions. We will be eminently reasonable in resolving problems.

 

· How to Shop
    Shopping Online:

  • To add an item: from a product page, select the color and size options and click "Add To Cart"
  • To resume shopping: Simply click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the previous page.
  • To change the quantity: Once a product is added to the cart simply update the Quantity field in the cart and click "Recalculate"
  • Complete the checkout process: Press continue to go to our secure form to enter in your personal information.

    Ordering by Fax:

  • You may order by fax 24 hours a day. Fill out the order form on the shopping cart. Be careful not to click Submit Order. Print your order for your records, and fax the order to 1-760-747-1619.
  • You may also write your name, email address, phone number, address, and credit card information on a piece of paper, with the orders that you wish to purchase, and fax it to us. Be certain to include your credit card number, expiration date, and signature.
· Order Confirmation
  • After you have "Submitted Your Order", you will be given your "Order Confirmation"'.
    Print your order confirmation and save it for your records. A Copy of your order confirmation will also be e-mailed to you. We will personally send you an e-mail to let you know the status of your order, and when you can expect shipment.

 

· Our Guarantee:
  • You must be completely satisfied with your order. If not, we will gladly refund your money or replace any item ordered by Internet, mail or phone within 20 days of delivery. Personalized items are not returnable.
  • For the Christmas season, our exchange/return deadline will be extended until January 20. Have a happy holiday season.

 

· Special Orders
  • If you do not see the item, size, or color you have been searching for, please e-mail or call us. We may have it in stock, or we will try to get it for you. Special order items and personalized items are not returnable.

 

· Quantity Orders
  • All large quantity orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

· Domestic Shipping Policy
  • Some orders may take between 10 and 14 days to process. This allows us time to produce the product to your specifications. Once ready we will ship your order immediately via most effective shipping method. You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note items ordered together may not be shipped together.

 

· International Shipping Policies
  • A challenging part of our mission is to realize the promise of the Internet by connecting with our web site visitors from all over the globe. We, as merchants, will be able to communicate with, sell, and ship our orders to customers virtually anywhere. This is where the world, via the Internet, is heading but we are not there yet. One problem is the cost, reliability, and scope of service vis-à-vis shipping. Another is credit card fraud. In an effort to bridge these problems and pioneer this new frontier, we offer the following:

    1. A shipping and insurance charge you will be assessed for your purchase. These shipping/insurance figures represent our best efforts to take a complex set of factors and find "happy median" prices so shopping at RIVER-CARD.COM will be simple and fast.

  • 2. Because most banks outside of the USA will not guarantee the transaction for USA merchants, it is necessary for us to request the following. Along with your order, we ask you either attach to an email or fax us a picture identification. This can be a passport, driver's license, student identification, etc. We hope you understand this need for extra precaution as this protects both parties in the transaction.

    NOTE: IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT AND WE ARE BACKORDERED ON PART OF YOUR ORDER, WE CANNOT AFFORD TO MAKE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS FOR ONE SHIPPING CHARGE. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF WAITING UNTIL WE CAN SHIP YOUR ORDER COMPLETE OR BEING ASSESSED AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE FOR EACH PART OF YOUR ORDER YOU WISH SHIPPED.
